Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head (Construction / Real Estate) to lead the entire sales division, drive revenue growth, and build high-performing sales teams. This role involves creating sales strategies, managing client relationships, overseeing project sales, monitoring market trends, and ensuring achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive experience in real estate or construction sales.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Forecast sales performance and prepare periodic performance reports.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Set targets for team members and monitor their progress.
- Conduct training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Manage key accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and assist in closing high-value deals.
Project Sales & Coordination
- Oversee sales for all residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, construction, and finance teams for smooth operations.
- Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Revenue & Performance Management
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Review sales performance, conversion ratios, and lead quality.
- Implement improvement plans to maximize sales productivity.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales records, agreements, and client communication.
- Present sales reports to the higher management on a regular basis.
- Oversee booking processes, documentation, and follow-ups until closure.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Head, Sales Manager, or Senior Sales Leader in real estate or construction.
- Strong understanding of property sales, client handling, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage large teams effectively.
- Experience in channel sales, direct sales, and corporate tie-ups.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (highly preferred).
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales presentation tools.
