Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle employee grievances and ensure timely redressal.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Provide end-to-end employee support across their career journey within the organization.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies to align with business goals.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives and support performance management processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 16 years in an HR Generalist / HR Operations role.
- Qualification: Bachelors / Master's in Human Resource Management (BBA/ BMS / MBA-HR or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of HR administration, employee engagement, recruitment, grievance handling, and policy implementation.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) and corporate HR practices preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English).
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with management.
