Role Overview: As an Operations Intern at Circlo, you will be at the core of the company, actively involved in establishing and overseeing the supply chain, production processes, and day-to-day plant activities. This hands-on role will provide you with the opportunity to witness firsthand how a sustainable materials startup progresses from inception to growth. You will work closely with the founding team and be required to engage in various on-the-floor tasks, contributing to the operational success of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Provide on-ground factory support by assisting in day-to-day plant operations including raw material intake, compounding, quality checks, and dispatches. - Manage inventory and sample tracking, ensuring the smooth movement of raw materials, finished goods, and samples to clients. - Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to maintain smooth operations. - Maintain process documentation, troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and collaborate with marketing and business teams to align production timelines with client demands. Qualifications Required: - Highly organized and structured individual. - Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for accurate data tracking and reporting. - Comfortable working in warehouse/factory environments. - Possesses a hustler mindset, willing to take ownership of tasks end-to-end with minimal supervision. - Eager to learn about production, logistics, and scaling physical products.
