Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to manage and grow business with two key dealers in the Trucks & Buses segment. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of proven experience in commercial vehicle sales, strong dealer management skills, and the ability to drive market share growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop sales performance for two assigned dealers in the Trucks & Buses segment.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective dealer engagement and market development.
  • Build strong relationships with dealer principals, sales teams, and key customers to enhance brand presence.
  • Develop and implement business plans with dealers, including sales forecasts, promotional activities, and inventory management.
  • Monitor and support dealer sales operations to ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
  • Drive retail and wholesale sales by identifying new customer segments and business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic actions.
  • Ensure training and development of dealer sales teams to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Coordinate with internal functions (marketing, service, finance) to resolve dealer concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance through regular MIS reporting and review meetings.
