Job Overview

DATAMARK INDIA BPO LLP is seeking a Data Entry professional at the fresher level to join our team in Thane. The role is a full-time position suitable for individuals with strong computer literacy and typing skills. As a Data Entry professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of data accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Basic data entry skills are required to input and update information in the organization's databases accurately.
  • Strong focus on detail to ensure information entered is precise and accurate, eliminating any discrepancies or errors.
  • Understanding of database management principles, pivotal for maintaining data integrity and managing entries effectively.
  • Possessing excellent time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality and data protection protocols, safeguarding sensitive and personal information.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently enter and process a high volume of data into designated databases and systems.
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
  • Organize and prioritize data entry tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of workload.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating database systems, ensuring all entries are current and accurate.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and clarify information as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to data protection and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive information.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy within the department.
