Role Description

As part of the City Resource Team (CRT), you'll be the local face of Tale Mobility in your city.

You will promote the Tale app, onboard drivers, assist with queries, and ensure smooth communication between drivers and the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and explain Tale Mobility's driver app to potential drivers.
• Onboard and verify drivers as per company process.
• Handle driver support and respond to driver queries.
• Coordinate with the central operations team for daily reports and updates.
• Conduct local marketing and awareness activities to expand the driver network.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate or above.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local areas and Telugu language.
• Smartphone and basic app-handling skills.
• Two-wheeler preferred for field mobility.
