Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and technically adept leader to head our Trade Automation initiatives. This VP-level role will be responsible for driving strategic automation projects across trade processing and reconciliation functions, integrating client trade data, and enhancing operational efficiency through cutting-edge technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in fund administration, strong technical acumen, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of trade automation solutions across fund services.

  • Define and execute the automation roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.

  • Champion process optimization and digital transformation initiatives across trade workflows.

Client Integration & Technical Oversigh

t- Oversee integration of client trade files into internal systems, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions

.- Ensure high-quality delivery of ETL processes, data mapping, and exception handling
