About The Team

The Information Technology team at Rubrik influences business processes, employee experience, and technologies to scale our organization to $1B+. This team creates operational efficiency across the company by centralizing the management of Infrastructure, Technology, and Data. The IT team ensures all stages of the software development lifecycle in a secured environment and scrutinizes the deployment of proper processes along with governance. They champion Rubrik on Rubrik and are the first customers of the Engineering teams at Rubrik.

Rubrik Corp IT is constructed of 100% SaaS and 0% on-premises. The IT team caters to accelerated enhancement of business value and multiple day-to-day business processes through our varied SaaS applications like , Oracle Netsuite, Workday, Snowflake, Etrade, jitterbit, Allocadia, etc. This team also delivers high-paced business outcomes with 100% system uptime backed by agile, nimble, simple, but cohesive Cloud architectures.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations** including requirements gathering, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
• Translate complex business needs** into scalable CPQ solutions using Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) best practices.
• Design product catalogs**, pricing strategies, discounting rules, and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and optimize **quote-to-cash (QTC)** and billing processes.
• Ensure seamless integration with **CRM, ERP, billing, and other systems**.
• Maintain and improve **CPQ data model**, including product bundles, rules, pricing, and contracts.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and admins on CPQ architecture and development.
• Stay updated on Salesforce CPQ releases and recommend enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve** CPQ-related issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

Experience you'll need:

• • 8+ years of experience with Salesforce platform
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) implementation experience
  •  Strong expertise in CPQ components: Product Rules, Price Rules, Discounting, Approvals, Guided Selling, Contracting
  •  Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), SOQL
  •  Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing, or custom systems
  •  Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and subscription business models
  •  Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification (preferred)
