• Brand Storytelling & Content Strategy: Define and refine Lera's brand voice across all touchpoints — from website to high-stakes proposals. Create strategic narratives that make complex BFSI tech accessible, engaging, and impossible to ignore.
• Multi-Format Content Creation: Craft compelling presales materials (proposals, case studies, solution briefs) and high-impact marketing content (web copy, campaigns, blogs, social posts). Produce content that can influence C-suite decisions and position Lera as a trusted thought leader.
• Creative Campaigns & Experiments: Partner with marketing and leadership to conceptualize and execute bold campaigns for global audiences. Explore new storytelling mediums — video scripts, interactive content, executive ghostwriting — to amplify reach and engagement.
• Research & Market Intelligence: Dive deep into BFSI trends, client challenges, and competitor narratives to inform positioning. Translate market intelligence into actionable, persuasive content strategies.
• Brand Consistency & Quality Control: Ensure every piece of content — internal or external — reflects Lera's voice, values, and strategic goals.What You Bring
• Proven experience in content creation or technical writing for B2B/technology/consulting brands. BFSI knowledge is a plus, but curiosity is non-negotiable.
• Storytelling chops — you can turn technical complexity into narratives that inspire action.

• Global audience sensitivity — experience or aptitude for writing to C-suite and international markets.
