About the Role

We are hiring driven and detail-oriented professionals to join our Planning & Business Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a high-performing function where you will support and lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to influence business decisions and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
  • Perform detailed variance analysis against budget/forecast and provide actionable insights
  • Generate accurate, insightful, and timely management reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data and deliver financial guidance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial planning initiatives
  • Utilize tools like Excel and Power BI for financial modelling, reporting, and visualization.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end ownership of financial cycles across multiple teams or departments
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership and support key decision-making
  • Lead and enhance reporting automation and analytics using Power BI and other tools
  • Develop and mentor junior analysts and standardize best practices across the team
  • Collaborate with legal, operations, and commercial teams to align planning with business objectives

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills; hands-on experience with Power BI preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work across teams in a structured, deadline-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
