Production Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership potential, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Monitor workers, production processes, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in maintaining production schedules and meeting targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Support in troubleshooting minor production issues and escalating major concerns.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Work closely with other departments, including quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
• Assist in training new employees and improving team performance.

Driving License Must

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of production processes and manufacturing equipment.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
