Production Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership potential, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor workers, production processes, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in maintaining production schedules and meeting targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
- Support in troubleshooting minor production issues and escalating major concerns.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Work closely with other departments, including quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
- Assist in training new employees and improving team performance.
Driving License Must
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and manufacturing equipment.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
