Requirements
Non-Functional Testing Engineer (Cleanroom)

5+ Years of experience in software development.

Job Responsibilities:

Deployment-related testing of the developed software that includes performing installation, upgrade and backup-restore procedures on several different hardware configurations (standalone, highly-available, geo-redundant), Disaster, HA&Robustness

Troubleshooting of found issues and creating bug reports (MUST)

Product deployment documentation verification

Tracking of the registered bugs: fix verification, documentation changes

Perform functional/non-functional software testing manually (feature/fix verification) and executing different automated regression tests

Maintaining python based framework

Position Summary:

The ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, agile development environment in support of short iterative cycles is a must. Flexibility in understanding changing business priorities are a key for this position.

Position Qualifications: BTech, MS degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field

∙ Understanding Agile development methodologies e.g. test driven development, continuous integration, code coverage, code analysis, etc. ∙ Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver complex software projects

∙ Effective interpersonal communication skills in a highly collaborative team environment

∙ Self directed work style, provide technical leadership and mentorship to less experience professional staff

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements:

∙ 5+ years overall commercial experience in software quality assurance / testing / test automation, "Installation / Configuration Test Engineer"

∙ Execution of automated and manual tests in the area of cleanroom, robustness testing

∙ Perform infrastructure-related testing of the developed software that includes installation, upgrade and backup&restore of the software on several different hardware configurations (standalone, high-available, geo-redundant)

∙ Review and troubleshoot results of cleanroom (manual install, upgrade, BUR ) , robustness and load testing (based on Python AQA frameworks )

∙ Test reports creation "

∙ Knowledge of the Cloud Computing, MANO and Virtualization technologies (e.g. OpenStack and OPNFV) and industry standards (in the Telecom market e.g. ETSI-NFV)
