About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, providing effective solutions to customer queries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and complaints via calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and effective resolution within defined timelines.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Meet performance targets including quality, productivity, and adherence.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
  • Collaborate with team members and support other functions when required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
  • Prior experience in a voice process (international or domestic) is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
