Job Description

Velji Ratna Sorathia Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Highway Engineer for our ongoing project in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional who can take full responsibility for highway construction activities at the site.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in highway or road construction projects.
• Must be sincere, hardworking, and willing to stay at the site for the duration of the project.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, measurement books, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute all highway construction and maintenance activities as per project specifications and standards.
• Monitor daily site operations, ensuring work progress aligns with project timelines.
• Coordinate with the site team, contractors, and project managers for smooth execution.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety norms at the site.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, measurements, and documentation.
• Review drawings, designs, and technical details before execution.
• Manage site materials, manpower, and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
