· Material Handling: Assisting with material preparation, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a safe working environment.

· Blueprint Reading: Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.

· Quality Control: Ensuring weld quality meets standards and specifications.

· Fabrication and Repair: Assisting in fabricating and repairing metal structures, components, and equipment.

· Following Instructions: Working under the supervision of experienced welders and following instructions related to specific tasks.

· Safety Practices: Adhering to safety regulations and procedures in the workplace.

Skills and Qualifications:

· ITI in Welding: A certificate or diploma in welding from a recognized ITI.

· Basic Welding Knowledge: Understanding of welding processes, techniques, and safety practices.

· Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual tasks and work in various positions.

· Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and quality in welding work.
