Job Description

  • 8–12 years of overall experience in software development.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services (e.g., EC2, CloudWatch Logs, Lambda with TypeScript).
  • DevOps knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven experience across the development project lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools, preferably GitHub Copilot, with a focus on user experience and integration.
  • Role is centered around application development.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Java, NodeJS, TypeScript, Python – primarily to guide and mentor the team (not hands-on coding).
  • This is not an architect role, but the candidate should be capable of leading and coaching the development team.
  • No requirement for GenAI LLM or foundation model development experience.
