Role Description

This is a part-time remote internship for a Data Engineer Intern. You'll get hands-on experience building and optimizing data pipelines (ETL), modeling structured data, and automating workflows that power modern analytics systems.

You'll collaborate with the AI and development teams, learning how raw data transforms into business insights. Expect to work on real-world datasets, gain exposure to cloud and database systems, and learn the fundamentals of data engineering from scratch.


What You'll Do

Build and optimize data pipelines (ETL)

Work with Python, SQL, and Databases

Support data analytics and integration tasks

Collaborate with AI + Dev teams

Automate and maintain data flows for live projects


What You'll Learn

Core Data Engineering Tools (Pandas, PySpark)

SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL fundamentals

Cloud (AWS basics), Git, and workflow design

Data modeling and warehousing concepts

Industry-level project guidance and mentorship


Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and data handling

Understanding of ETL, data modeling, or analytics (a plus)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science, Data Science, or related program
