We are looking for an experienced and dedicated MEP Engineer to manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities for our projects in Calicut. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution, quality compliance, and smooth coordination between on-site teams and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
  • Review design drawings, BOQs, and specifications for technical accuracy.
  • Plan and monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and cost standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Prepare project reports, schedules, and material requirements.
  • Support maintenance and energy efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of relevant MEP experience (preferably in commercial or hospitality projects).
  • Strong knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, and Plumbing systems.
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
