What you'll be doing:

• Oversee and facilitate end-to-end early careers recruitment campaigns and process, including but not limited to conducting candidate screening, organizing and coordinating campus events and assessment centers, preparing offers and monitoring onboarding progress of the candidate's post-offer.
• Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer term client requirements.
• Be responsible for the management of candidate relationships and incoming queries.
• Ensure all AMS and client systems are updated in a correct and timely manner as well as all changes to a candidate's status are tracked on the ATS to enable accurate reporting
• Producing timely and accurate activity and management information reporting, including post-campaign reporting and summaries.
• Identifying areas of process improvement, service enhancement, related strategic projects and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicating these to the team and manager.

What you'll be doing:

• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ideally with a focus on Early Careers and Campus volume hiring
• Strong operational ability, able to operate in a high volume, fast-paced & process-driven environment
• Strong customer focus and proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Hands-on experience in working in a client-facing position, including ability to lead a demanding client and internal stakeholders at various management levels
• Ability to work autonomously and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various locations
• High proficiency in English
