Aim Resume is an AI-powered job application platform that helps professionals land interviews faster. We automate resume customization and large-scale job applications, allowing users to focus on what matters most - preparing for interviews. Our early beta users have already seen up to 10% interview callbacks from applied jobs, saving hours each week that would otherwise be spent filling repetitive forms. We're now expanding our operations team to accelerate our next phase of user growth.

Role Overview:

We're looking for an Operations Analyst who has high attention to detail and is customer oriented. You'll work with our founding team to run & improve the process of job applications using AI. This is an exciting opportunity to join an early-stage startup where your contributions directly shape the products and its success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply to jobs every day using AI by reaching daily targets while maintaining quality
  • Constantly suggest process improvements for improving quality and number of jobs applied
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve the process

Requirements:

  • Should be familiar and comfortable using a laptop
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Problem-Solving Skills

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-have)

  • Experience with using ChatGPT for customization of text
  • Experience with using job automation tools (Simplify)
  • Experience of applying jobs for self on Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Understanding of the US job market
