Auto Electrician

We are looking for an experienced Auto Electrician to handle all types of electrical maintenance and repair work for heavy commercial vehicles of Ashok Leyland trucks and buses. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and the ability to diagnose and repair faults efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy vehicles.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair wiring harnesses, alternators, starters, batteries, and lighting systems.
• Diagnose and repair ECU, sensors, relays, and control modules.
• Install and maintain electrical accessories such as air conditioning, GPS systems, and lighting.
• Use electrical testing equipment to identify and rectify faults.
• Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce electrical breakdowns.
• Maintain service records of all electrical repairs and replacements.
• Coordinate with mechanics and workshop supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure all electrical work meets safety and quality standards.

Qualification & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Electrical Trade.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in heavy vehicle electrical maintenance (Ashok Leyland experience preferred).
• Good understanding of modern vehicle electrical and electronic systems (BS-VI).

Skills Required:

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of tools, testing equipment, and vehicle diagnostic software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
