who can design and implement
beautiful, intuitive, and user-focused experiences.
What you'll do

  • Design and develop responsive, high-quality user interfaces
    for web and mobile
    - Turn Figma/Sketch wireframes into interactive, production-ready screens- Collaborate closely with
    developers, product managers, and stakeholders
    - Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and scalability- Maintain and evolve
    design systems and reusable components
  • Conduct
    user research, A/B testing, and usability reviews
    to validate designs
  • Stay updated on
    latest UI/UX trends, tools, and front-end frameworks

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience
    as a
    UI/UX Developer / Frontend Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of
    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
    , and modern frameworks (
    React, Vue, or Angular
    )
  • Proficiency with
    Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
  • Experience creating
    responsive, pixel-perfect designs
    for desktop and mobile
  • Solid understanding of
    design principles, accessibility, and usability best practices
  • Ability to work
    independently as a remote freelancer
    and deliver high-quality output
  • Familiarity with
    Git, Agile workflows, and collaboration tools
    (Jira, Trello, Slack)

Nice to have

- Logo design, splash screens, app icon, and branding asset creation- Knowledge of
design systems
and
component libraries (Material UI, Tailwind, etc.)
- Experience with
motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools (Framer Motion, Lottie)
- Understanding of
user testing tools
(Hotjar, Maze, UserTesting)
- Familiarity with
basic backend or API concepts
for developer collaboration
