Deputy Manager - Asset Management

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Capital budgeting Compilation and scrutiny across multiple sectors Cash flow projection & Adherence to Quarterly cash flow projection MIS for adherence of Budget Commitment plan. MIS for Park saving at department level MIS for savings for seeking approval for utilization at project level Processing notes raised for unplanned items which are not part of Annual review. Responsible for Cost, Conduct and Governance of Purchasing Process Guidelines as per Policy. Supplier selection, commercial discussion & price settlement . Procurement of Capex Equipment. Knowledge of tender preparation and contract management. Well versed with system Documentation and Responsible from receipt of requirements, alignment of requirement, vendor selection, preparing RFQ, Inviting quotations, Negotiation, Ordering, Material Receipt, Payments and closure of Purchasing orders. Finalisation of AMC and Rate contract. Ensuring quality and timely delivery of material. Developing alternate sources for cost saving & timely delivery. Co-ordination with intenal & external stakeholders like User / Accounts / GST Team / Customs etc. Preferred IndustriesManufacturingFarming Education Qualification

Bachelors of Technology; Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical

General Experience 4-8 years experince Critical Experience

Well versed with system Documentation and Responsible from receipt of requirements, alignment of requirement, vendor selection, preparing RFQ, Inviting quotations, Negotiation, Ordering, Material Receipt, Payments and closure of Purchasing orders.

Responsible for Cost, Conduct and Governance of Purchasing Process Guidelines as per Policy
