Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Specialist – Azure DevOps with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CI/CD, and Azure DevOps automation. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end deployment pipelines to support enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities1. CI/CD Pipeline Development (Power Platform & D365)

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
  • Automate build, test, and deployment workflows across multiple Power Platform/D365 environments.
  • Manage managed/unmanaged solutions, solution packaging, and deployment automation.

2. Release Management & Version Control

  • Implement branching strategies, approvals, and artifact handling.
  • Ensure environment consistency, versioning, and governance across Dev, Test, UAT, and Prod.
  • Integrate pipelines with source control (Git/GitHub).

3. Quality, Testing & Compliance

  • Add quality gates and integrate automated testing (unit, functional, regression).
  • Ensure pipelines comply with enterprise security, audit, and governance standards.

4. Collaboration & Issue Resolution

  • Work closely with development, testing, and operations teams to troubleshoot pipeline or deployment issues.
  • Implement DevOps best practices for secure, scalable, and stable delivery.
  • Maintain documentation using JIRA, Confluence, and follow Agile practices.

5. Infrastructure & DevOps Automation

  • Configure Azure DevOps Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards.
  • Develop automation using YAML pipelines, PowerShell, Azure CLI.
  • Work with Azure resources related to Power Platform & D365 deployments.

  • Packaging & deployment of Power Platform solutions, plugins, custom connectors
  • PowerShell scripting, YAML pipeline scripting
  • Automated testing integration
  • Understanding of Power Platform ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)

Tools Knowledge

  • JIRA, Confluence
  • Azure CLI / PowerShell
  • Knowledge of D365 DevOps tools like PAC (Power Apps CLI)

Soft Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Clear communication and documentation abilities
  • Strong ownership & governance mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer / Azure DevOps Engineer
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments
