Job Description

As a Software Engineer, you will be part of the core team responsible for developing the main functional logic and operations of complex, high-performance, continuously available systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience in developing applications using Java platforms.
  • Ability to create Low-Level Design (LLD).
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) using common design patterns.
  • In-depth understanding of Java and JEE internals (e.g., application performance tuning, transaction management, etc.).
  • Experience in developing web services (SOAP and RESTful).
  • Contribution or participation in open-source technologies is a plus.
  • Exposure to the Payments domain is an added advantage.
  • Experience with high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Responsible for independently developing assigned modules.
  • Ability to work in small teams under aggressive timelines while ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Strong skills in analyzing and troubleshooting production issues.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years.
  • Education: B.E. / M.E. from a reputed institute.
  • Excellent knowledge of Java/J2EE and databases (MS SQL / MySQL).
  • Strong technical competency, along with excellent listening and writing skills.
  • Working experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging queues.
  • Mandatory: Experience in microservice architecture with REST services.
  • Mandatory: Experience with Spring Boot or equivalent technology.
  • Experience working with Docker setups is a plus.
