Software Solution Architect

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Tech Lead with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team and lead technical projects to successful completion.

Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Tech Lead at NRG Phoenix Technology, you will be responsible for leading the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will provide technical leadership, ensure best practices are followed, and mentor junior developers. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications using modern technologies and best practices.
• Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or
• Implement server-side logic using languages and frameworks such as , Express, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
• Design and manage databases using SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) technologies.
• Develop and integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to support front-end functionality and third-party integrations.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure successful completion of projects.
• Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high standards of code quality and performance.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and suggest improvements and innovations.

Solution Architecture

• Design scalable, reliable, and high-performance architectures for application systems.
• Assess and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements.
• Plan and oversee the integration of different systems and technologies to ensure seamless operation.
• Create comprehensive documentation for architectural decisions, design patterns, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Tech Lead.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, ).
• Proficiency in back-end technologies: , Express, Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
• Experience with database management: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with API development and integration (RESTful, GraphQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.
• Leadership Skills:
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in web development or related technologies.
• Experience: Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and serverless architecture.
• Tools: Familiarity with modern build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).
• Methodologies: Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• UI/UX: Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
