About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Automation Intern to join our product team, contributing to both UX design and development automation for mobile and web applications. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of design and technology — creating seamless user experiences while building tools, scripts, and workflows that enhance product development efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for mobile and web applications.
  • Support the development of responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Automate workflows in the design-to-development process using tools, scripts, or custom plugins.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation of designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
  • Explore and implement automation solutions that speed up repetitive tasks in the product lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design thinking.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (bonus if you've worked on React or similar frameworks).
  • Familiarity with automation scripting (Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages) is a plus.
  • Eagerness to explore and integrate tools that bridge design and development.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10, ₹340,000.00 per year
