Job Posting: Junior Group Leader – Bioanalytical Research
Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad
We are looking for a Junior Group Leader to join our Bioanalytical Research team in Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad. This position is ideal for someone with 5 to 8 years of experience in bioanalytical research, specializing in LCMS, peptide analysis, and advanced bioanalytical techniques. You will lead a small team, oversee bioanalytical testing, develop new methods, and ensure compliance with GxP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform LCMS analysis and ensure adherence to GxP guidelines
- Develop and troubleshoot bioanalytical methods, including peptide, liposomal formulations, and endogenous molecules
- Lead the development and update of SOPs and processes
- Handle specialized techniques such as micro-capillary electrophoresis, SFC, and ICP-OES
- Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring high-quality research output
Qualifications:
Education: M.Sc. in Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry, or related field
Experience: 5–8 years in bioanalytical research, with expertise in LCMS, peptide analysis, and liposomal methods
Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in LCMS, micro-capillary electrophoresis, SFC, ICP-OES, and troubleshooting
Shift: Must be flexible for both 1st (general) and 2nd shifts
Salary: ₹6–9 LPA (based on experience)
