About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and innovative Android Auto Developer to join our team in designing and building cutting-edge in-vehicle experiences. This role involves working closely with product managers, designers, and automotive partners to create seamless, safe, and intuitive applications for the Android Auto platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize applications for Android Auto using Android SDK and Automotive APIs
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure apps meet safety and usability standards for in-car environments
  • Conduct rigorous testing across various vehicle head units and screen sizes
  • Stay updated with Google's Android Auto guidelines and automotive industry trends
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, compatibility, and stability issues

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Android Auto and Android Automotive OS
  • Familiarity with Car App Library
  • Experience with RESTful APIs
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
