Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage stock records and inventory flow for our Stores/Warehouse Department. The candidate will ensure accurate tracking of inward/outward movements, prepare MIS reports, and support overall inventory control with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update stock records for all inward and outward movements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic stock reconciliation & audits.
  • Prepare MIS reports (daily / weekly / monthly) for management review.
  • Assist in implementation / usage of ERP for inventory tracking.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, stock variances, expiries, or damage.
  • Coordinate with procurement, operations, and accounts for smooth inventory operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
  • Basic understanding or exposure to ERP systems.
  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and record-keeping discipline.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Educational Qualification: Diploma / Graduate (any discipline).
  • Experience: 1-4 years in inventory, stores, warehouse, or related role.
