Hiring for Director Finance for one of our client which is a fast-growing SaaS-based product company Based in Delhi. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional financial acumen, strategic foresight, and a deep understanding of Transfer Pricing, financial planning, risk management, compliance, and international accounting standards operations in a technology-driven environment.

Location: Delhi, India

Industry: SaaS (Software-as-a-Service)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Ideal candidate Must have:

  • 1015 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in SaaS or technology-based companies.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
  • Proven experience in Transfer Pricing, FP&A, treasury management, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated success in financial strategy, fundraising, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:

  • Lead the companys Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare accurate and timely forecasts, budgets, and financial reports for leadership and investors.
  • Conduct detailed variance and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making.
  • Partner with business units to provide financial insights and guide strategic initiatives.

Fund & Cash Flow Management:

  • Monitor and manage fund flow and working capital requirements to support operational and growth needs.
  • Design robust cash flow planning models to ensure optimal liquidity and capital allocation.
  • Oversee treasury operations, including Forex planning, hedging strategies, and investment management.
  • Support fundraising activities, investor reporting, and capital structure optimization.

Risk Management & Internal Controls:

  • Identify and assess financial, operational, and compliance risks across domestic and international operations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes in financial systems and controls.

Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure adherence to local (India) and international (US GAAP/IFRS) accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Oversee Transfer Pricing compliance, including documentation, audits, and intercompany transaction reviews.
  • Liaise effectively with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, statutory reporting, and regulatory submissions for both India and US entities.
  • Maintain governance standards to support board and investor reporting requirements.

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and mentor the Finance and Accounts team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Drive automation, process improvement, and adoption of best practices within the finance function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to support strategic and operational goals.
