Job title and introduction:

We are currently looking for an IT Engineer to join our Information Technology team. This role is essential for ensuring reliable and consistent IT/OT and automation services at the site. The IT Engineer will coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operations, support infrastructure lifecycle management, and contribute to disaster recovery planning. This position plays a critical role in enabling business continuity and compliance

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure IT/OT service SLAs meet site requirements and support performance reviews.
• Enforce adherence to defined IT processes and policies across the site.
• Coordinate demand and delivery of IT/OT services with internal and external teams.
• Support development and testing of the site's technical disaster recovery plan.
• Manage lifecycle of IT/OT infrastructure, including asset inventory and upgrade planning.
• Assist in internal, corporate, customer, and regulatory audits; prepare remediation plans.
• Handle ticket resolution and collaborate with OSS resources.
• Engage continuously with shop floor business managers to understand and support needs.
• Lead or support IT/OT projects including HCM, iBox/vBox installations and troubleshooting.
• Provide hands-on support for automation, handheld devices, and robotic processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Technical degree background (B.E/B.Tech) preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in IT/OT infrastructure management, automation, and robotics.
• Proficiency in English (Business Fluent); Hindi is a plus.
• Strong customer service ethic and ability to prioritize and resolve issues quickly.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of IT architecture, IT security, and disaster recovery planning.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit processes.
