Prepare and submit CMA data, projections, and financial statements for banks and NBFCs.

  • • Manage relationships with lenders, negotiate loan terms, and ensure timely disbursements.
  • • Track and forecast cash inflows/outflows at a project and company level to ensure liquidity.
  • • Structure and manage working capital facilities, BGs, LCs, mobilization advances, and invoice discounting.
  • • Monitor utilization of funds, certify payments, and coordinate with project teams for fund requests.
  • • Support credit rating process and lender/investor presentations.
  • • Develop MIS dashboards covering cash flow, debt servicing, receivables, and project funding status.

Qualifications & Skills

  • • CA / MBA (Finance) with 58 years' experience in infra project finance.
  • • Proven track record of raising debt and managing lender relations.
  • • Strong knowledge of working capital structures in EPC (BGs, LCs, advances).
  • • Expertise in CMA preparation and bank appraisal processes.
  • • Excellent financial modeling and MS Excel skills.
