Position: PRO – Public Relations Officer

Location: Moga

Bike: Mandatory (Fuel allowance provided)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:20 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: As per experience

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and responsible PRO (Public Relations Officer) for Global Child Wellness Centre, Moga. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, schools, and local partners to support referrals and brand visibility. Local field visits will be a major part of the role, hence having a personal bike is compulsory.

Key Responsibilities1. Doctor & Hospital Visits

  • Daily visits to pediatricians, neurologists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and hospitals.
  • Share brochures, service information, and maintain referral relationships.

  • Keep a record of all visits and outcomes.

  • School Collaboration

  • Meet principals and coordinators for awareness programs.

  • Share information about autism therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, behaviour therapy, etc.

  • Coordinate school camps, screening events, and awareness drives.

  • Field Marketing & Branding

  • Distribute pamphlets, banners, and marketing materials in key areas.

  • Conduct on-ground brand visibility activities.

  • Support Google Reviews and parent feedback collection.

  • Referral Follow-ups

  • Stay in touch with referred parents and guide them professionally.

  • Update the centre coordinator daily with lead status.

  • Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily visit report (DVR).

  • Submit work summary to the centre coordinator and marketing manager.
  • Update call/visit data regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bike and valid driving license – Mandatory
  • Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Knowledge of local areas in and around Moga
  • Friendly and professional behaviour
  • Ability to do field work confidently
