We are hiring an HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience to manage HR and administrative operations at SVN Hospital. The candidate should be efficient, well-organized, and capable of handling end-to-end HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate payroll and compliance-related activities.
  • Support management with HR policies and staff coordination.
  • Handle employee queries and ensure a healthy workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience (hospital or healthcare industry preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, HR software).
