Job Overview

Confair is seeking a dedicated Medical Billing AR Calling Team Lead to join our full-time team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will excel in leading efforts to optimize billing processes and revenue cycle management. This role requires a strong command of CPT and ICD-10 coding and denial management, essential for success in effectively navigating billing complexities and improving financial outcomes in the dynamic healthcare landscape.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in revenue cycle management, with a strong focus on optimizing billing processes and financial operations (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in CPT and ICD-10 coding to ensure accurate and compliant billing standards (Mandatory skill).
  • Comprehensive experience in denial management to efficiently address and resolve billing discrepancies (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledge of electronic health records systems to navigate patient data accurately and securely.
  • Thorough understanding of HIPAA compliance to maintain patient data confidentiality and security.
  • Skilled in insurance verification processes to ensure coverage and minimize claim rejections.
  • Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement methodologies to facilitate effective billing practices.
  • Proven team leadership and supervision skills to guide and empower team members toward achieving business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the medical billing AR calling team to ensure accurate and timely claim submissions and follow-ups.
  • Monitor and manage the revenue cycle process to optimize financial performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and payers to resolve billing issues and expedite payment processes.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity in billing operations.
  • Analyze revenue cycle metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and regulatory requirements to maintain billing compliance.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline billing functions.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on revenue cycle performance to senior management for strategic planning.
