Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate MERN Stack Faculty to train and mentor students/professionals in full-stack web development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in MongoDB, , , and , along with the ability to deliver engaging sessions, guide projects, and prepare learners for industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classroom and online training sessions on MERN Stack technologies (MongoDB, , , ).
  • Design, develop, and update curriculum, training material, and assignments as per industry standards.
  • Mentor students in coding practices, project development, and problem-solving.
  • Assess learner progress through evaluations, assignments, and project reviews.
  • Provide guidance on best practices in software development, version control (Git), and deployment.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and integrate them into the training content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
  • Proven 5+years experience in MERN Stack development with real-world projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with version control tools (Git/GitHub).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Prior teaching/training experience will be an added advantage.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of additional frameworks/libraries like Redux, , or TypeScript.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment tools.
