Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Head, located in Uttarakhand, India. The Maintenance Head will manage day-to-day maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and overall maintenance management. Responsibilities also include leading maintenance teams, ensuring timely and effective execution of maintenance tasks, and developing and implementing maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair
  • Proficiency in Maintenance Management and general Maintenance practices
  • Strong team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
