Position: Order Processing

Experience: 2 Years to 4 Years

Eligibility:

Education: Any Graduate

  • Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Location: Willing to Travel / relocate to J P Nagar, Bangalore. Office is in J P Nagar 2nd Phase.
  • Shift Timings: US Shift (Flexible to work in night shifts)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

Review and clear Pending Orders Queue

Perform fraud checks during each review; with escalation as per SOP.

Conduct stock checks from the Pending Orders Queue and follow up as required.

Create invoices in QuickBooks with placeholder date 12/31/2026.

Capture and record customer payments, including issuing PayPal links or

coordinating credit card payments as needed (within 90 minutes of readiness).

Enter and update tracking numbers

Email communication:

Monitor ASE Gmail inbox throughout the workday.

Respond to straightforward inquiries using pre-approved templates (within 1business hour).

Sales Support:

Review incoming sales inquiry forms Create customer records Generate initial quotes

Purchasing:

Monitor Purchasing Queue

Create draft POs in QuickBooks the same business day

Add items to existing POs as required.

Create new items in QuickBooks by pulling details from the DWG Control Panel, the Price Lists folder, or by requesting updated vendor price lists

Perform vendor follow-ups via the Waiting for Items queue (e.g., sales order confirmation, tracking number, expected ship date)

Product & Listing Management:

Create and update products and categories within the DWG Control Panel.

Create and update listings across Amazon, eBay, B2B portals, and OpenCart.

Ensure all new listings match QuickBooks item details

Timings: 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM
