Description:


- Provide AMS support for SAP FICO / SD / MM modules in an S/4 HANA environment.

- Manage incident resolution, service requests, problem management, and change requests within defined SLAs.

- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.

- Collaborate with ABAP and BASIS teams for system enhancements, debugging, and technical resolutions.

- Lead a team of functional consultants and analysts in daily support operations.

- Review and validate functional specifications, test scenarios, and configuration changes.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants in your respective SAP module.

- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and ensure documentation is up to date.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and propose optimized SAP solutions.

- Manage minor enhancements, customizations, and improvements in system functionalities.

- Ensure business continuity through proactive system monitoring and issue management.

- Conduct functional testing, UAT coordination, and post-deployment support for changes.

- Participate in S/4 HANA migration, upgrades, and rollouts as required.

- Support integration between SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM, etc.) and external systems.

- Assist in configuration, master data validation, and cutover activities during transitions.

- Maintain up-to-date functional design documents, test scripts, and change logs.

- Prepare monthly AMS performance reports, issue trend analysis, and continuous improvement plans.

- Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and internal quality assurance guidelines.

- Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA with deep knowledge in FICO / SD / MM modules.

- Sound understanding of integration between modules (MM-FI, SD-FI, MM-SD, etc.).

- Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and support activities.

- Good exposure to AMS tools (Solution Manager, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).

- Experience in interfaces (IDOC, BAPI, RFC, OData) and SAP debugging.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Leadership experience in managing small to medium SAP support teams.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
