We are seeking a highly skilled and technically experienced candidate with a minimum of 8-10 years of expertise in the following technologies:

Key Requirements:

Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently on projects.
Self-Sufficiency: The candidate should be self-reliant and capable of driving projects without the need for constant supervision.
Agile Methodology: Prior experience working in a Scrum/Agile team environment is essential.
Immediate Availability: The candidate must be available to start work immediately.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE software development.
Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful web services.
Strong understanding of databases and SQL.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Solid understanding of object-oriented design and programming principles.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with source control management systems such as Git or SVN.
Knowledge of software best practices, like test-driven development and continuous integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
Certifications in Java programming and related technologies would be an advantage.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
Good understanding of design patterns and architecture principles.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality code with a focus on performance, security, and modularity.
