Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects. This role demands strong technical knowledge, site supervision skills, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities, including labor and material management
  • Execute civil works as per approved drawings and timelines
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project managers for smooth execution
  • Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), BOQs, and schedules
  • Ensure quality control and safety compliance at the site
  • Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to engineering specifications
  • Support in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and budget planning
  • Assist in the execution of structural and finishing works
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records
  • Use tools like AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and Revit for design and structural analysis

Key Skills & Tools:

  • AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, MS Project, Primavera (as applicable)
  • Expertise in BOQ preparation, Estimation & Costing, and Project Scheduling
  • Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, civil codes, and construction safety standards

Educational Qualification:

  • B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute

Preferred Experience:

  • 2-5years of experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
  • Hands-on experience with on-site execution, labor management, and project coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
