Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary 
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
 to lead our marketing strategy, strengthen brand presence, accelerate demand generation, and drive global business growth. The CMO will manage a small but capable team, working closely with sales, delivery, and leadership to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Brand
     – Define and execute global marketing strategy, brand positioning, and messaging.
  • Demand Generation
     – Lead digital campaigns, content marketing, and lead management to fuel sales pipeline.
  • Content & Communications
     – Oversee website, blogs, PR, and social media to drive engagement and authority.
  • Vertical Marketing
     – Create sector-specific campaigns (finance, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Events & Partnerships
     – Manage conferences, sponsorships, and alliances to expand market reach.
  • Team Leadership
     – Guide and expand the marketing team; mentor, set KPIs, and build future capabilities.
  • Analytics & Reporting
     – Track KPIs (leads, pipeline contribution, conversion, ROI) and report to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, incl. 3–5 years in senior leadership.
  • Proven success in demand generation, brand building, and pipeline growth.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity/IT services.
  • Skilled in CRM, automation, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Preferred

  • Cybersecurity/IT services marketing background.
  • Experience with financial, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Track record of scaling teams and managing agencies/vendors.
