Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit residential, commercial, and industrial properties for valuation purposes.
  • Conduct site inspections, take measurements, and verify property details.
  • Capture clear site photographs and collect relevant market data.
  • Perform local market inquiries to assess property values.
  • Prepare accurate valuation reports based on site observations and market analysis.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of property valuation and construction practices.
  • Willingness to travel; 2-wheeler with valid license preferred.

  • Site observation અને market analysis આધારે valuation report તૈયાર કરવી.

Requirements:

  • Valuation અને construction practices નો મૂળભૂત જ્ઞાન.
  • Site visit માટે તૈયાર હોવું — 2-wheeler with valid license preferred.
