Skillsets Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Must have 1+ years experience in provisioning infrastructure as a service cloud computing for cloud platforms. Exposure to GCP is preferable.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, VPC, IAM, and Cloud Monitoring.
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts including networking (VPC, VPN, firewall rules), storage, and compute resources.
  • Experience with incident management tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Deployment Manager.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud infrastructure issues.
  • Familiarity with Linux system administration and command-line tools.
  • Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation.
  • Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments

Soft Skills

➔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.

➔ He/She will be open to work in a 24x7 model to ensure all the services are being delivered within SLAs

➔ Experience working in a 24/7 support or managed services environment is a plus.

➔ Creative thinking and ability to innovate, problem-solving skills, escalation handling and customer success.
