Installation:

Install and configure CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related equipment.

Plan and design the layout of CCTV systems according to the specific needs and requirements of the client.

Ensure proper cabling and wiring for the CCTV systems, adhering to safety standards.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Perform regular maintenance checks on CCTV systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.

Diagnose and repair faults in CCTV systems, including cameras, cables, and recording equipment.

Upgrade and update CCTV systems as necessary to enhance functionality and security.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems.

Assist clients with troubleshooting issues and provide solutions to technical problems.

Respond promptly to service calls and ensure timely resolution of issues.

System Integration:

Integrate CCTV systems with other security systems, such as access control and alarm systems.

Ensure compatibility and seamless operation between different security systems.

Configure network settings to enable remote viewing and management of CCTV systems.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Prepare detailed reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions.

Keep inventory of equipment and spare parts, ensuring adequate stock levels.
