Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all Level 2 (L2) tasks and execute all Level 3 (L3) responsibilities.

  • Ensure seamless takeover from L2 technicians and validate their work.

  • Execute client-specific tasks and ensure technical accuracy and satisfaction.

  • Prepare detailed technical reports and document future servicing requirements.

  • Coordinate support services at client sites and with OEM/Project Support.

  • Maintain L3 tools and ensure they are operational.

  • Handle programming and configuration tasks for installed solutions.

  • Provide technical demonstrations and training to clients.

  • Assist pre-sales activities by visiting sites when required.

  • Conduct testing and research for new products and solutions.

L3-Specific Technical Tasks

  • Networking switch configuration

  • Audio system setup ‒ Amplifiers, DSPs

  • CCTV configuration

  • WAP/Access Point setup

  • Basic automation programming

  • Projector installation

  • PA system configuration

  • Microphone and speaker calibration

  • Motorized gate setup

  • Video door phone & electronic door lock configuration

  • Intrusion system programming

  • IPBX setup and programming

  • Fire alarm system configuration

  • Access control system programming

  • All related software installations and updates

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong understanding of networking infrastructure and AV systems.

  • Ability to read and implement technical manuals and site drawings.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills using online and manual resources.

  • Proficiency in remote support tools (e.g., Anydesk).

  • Strong communication skills with client-oriented mindset.

  • Hands-on expertise in programming, configuration, and system setups.

  • Ability to lead L2 teams and ensure high-quality execution.

Experience

Minimum Experience: 3 years

Maximum Experience: 8 years

Salary Range

3,00,000 ‒ 6,50,000 per annum.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
