Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with our content writers and marketing team to design creatives that cut through the noise. Your work will range from
social media posts, ad creatives, website visuals, to campaign graphics
. The goal: designs that are not only beautiful but also drive engagement, brand trust, and conversions.


Qualifications

  • Design
    scroll-stopping social media creatives
    (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube).
  • Create graphics for
    ads, campaigns, and landing pages
    that communicate brand messaging clearly.
  • Work with writers to
    align copy and visuals
    for maximum impact.
  • Develop
    brand assets and design systems
    to keep our visuals consistent across platforms.
  • Translate
    user pain points into visual stories
    (e.g., florists losing customers to middlemen → clear, relatable creative).
  • Keep up with
    latest design trends
    and adapt them for SaaS and social-first brands.
  • Collaborate with video editors and marketers on integrated campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a
    Graphic Designer
    (portfolio required — social media work preferred).
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Figma
    .
  • Strong eye for
    typography, layout, and color balance
    .
  • Ability to design for
    different platforms
    (Instagram carousels, LinkedIn posts, YouTube thumbnails, Pinterest pins).
  • Understanding of how
    design and copy work together
    to tell a story.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to produce
    original ideas
    that stand out.
  • Bonus: Experience designing for
    SaaS products, startups, or B2B brands
    .
