Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager of Sales Marketing to join our team. This is a senior position requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The role is based in Lucknow, Prayagraj (Allahabad), Varanasi, and Kanpur. As a full-time position, the selected candidate will take charge of driving sales efforts, especially in the residential and luxury segments.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on residential and luxury segments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Residential Sales, (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven track record in Luxury Sales, showing ability to close high-value deals (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional ability in Sales Negotiation to achieve favorable outcomes (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, with a focus on Luxury Homes, Flats, and Villas.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities to inspire high performance in sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relationships and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools to maintain client follow-ups and reports.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in residential and luxury real estate.
  • Lead and manage a sales team to drive high performance and meet sales targets in specified regions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and market trends.
  • Coordinate with Portfolio Managers to ensure excellent client service and follow-up care.
  • Facilitate site visits and collaborate with clients to understand their specific property needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers and stakeholders within the real estate industry.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to present to executive leadership for strategic decision making.
