Role Profile of Consultant / Senior Consultant with TD Newton & Associates

Responsibilities of Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager:

  • 2+ years of experience in direct recruiting in consulting environment, ideally with some Banking experience.
  • She/He will be working on mid and senior level mandates that the firm receives from its global Banking and Financial Services and consulting clients.
  • The primary task will be to first understand the Clients Requirements for Various Functional Roles, identify potential candidates that would fit the requirements and facilitate the entire hiring process – from search to joining.
  • This will involve coordination with Client Recruiter/HR and Business Managers.
  • We make extensive use of search tools like Job Sites, Social Networking, internal and external Databases and targeted headhunting of desired profiles. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems, e.g. Taleo is desirable.
  • The position calls for very high attention to detail, ability to learn and educate oneself about clients' business, technical and functional skills for various roles in the search mandates and excellent communication and influencing skills.
